We had the best non-friends visit day of the trip today. A visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The trip was a 115 miles drive to Canton from Sandusky. I wasn't going to get this close without going but had no idea how special this would be. Every aspect of the game from the start in 1892. They do a special presentation, a hologram, of "the locker room" complete with lockers of some of the greats. Montana, Staubach, Long and others. 18 lockers in all and then a hologram of Joe Namath narrates the start.
He introduces various players in the hall and then a hologram of them comes up and they speak to the core values of the hall. Integrity and character and how the game of football made them better as people in the game of life as well. We then saw a tribute highlight show of the most recent superbowl. It was very well done. We spent 3 hours roaming the floors and could easily have spent even more time however a return to Sandusky was needed to get to cheers for the 49er game. A special day as the 9ers hung on to win and even their season record at 1-1.
Tomorrow we hit the road headed east. No defined target, just drive. Total miles to date 2953.1

I am so glad you visited the football HOF. It's definitely on my bucket list. Glad the 9ers got a win, wish I could say the same for the Raiders. 😮
